Strengthen N Lengthen
Strengthen N Lengthen is our most popular program for seniors. It is a strength-based program that aims to improve the health, fitness and quality of life of people aged over 50 years. The Strengthen N Lengthen program consists of exercise sessions in a group format that focus on progressive resistance training techniques. Strengthen N Lengthen is not just for health and fitness - it’s also a great opportunity to meet new people in a friendly social environment.
