Taskforce

The Y WA Youth Parliament Program, like others across Australia, is organised and coordinated by a Taskforce of young volunteers who are passionate about the program and make Youth Parliament work!

Each Taskforce member has a particular role to play in planning, implementing, developing and promoting the program. In addition to this, many Taskforce members lead groups of participants as committee advisors and provide guidance throughout the bill writing process.

Our Taskforce members devote large amounts of time and energy to deliver the program and lend their skills to ensure that it is as successful as possible. We are always on the look out for new members to bring to the team so if you think that might be you, please contact us!

We are currently on the lookout for passionate young people to be a part of the team that delivers the Youth Parliament Program. This includes two Senior Coordinators who help lead a taskforce of eight volunteers.
