Existing Families

For existing families who have a My Family Lounge account, click on the ‘Sign In’ button below to access your account and tell us about yourself, your child and what bookings you would like to make.

New Families

For families who are new to My Family Lounge, click on the ‘Register’ button below. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your My Family Lounge account.

Please note:

If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48 hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer, ask you to accept the offer, and complete and submit the ‘Enrolment Form’ in the My Family Lounge portal.

If you have trouble enrolling online, please click here for My Family Lounge support. If after that you still have trouble enrolling, please contact the centre for support.

For your utmost convenience, download the My Family Lounge App whereby you're able to manage and secure casual bookings and absent days, as well as view your child's portfolio and photos 24 hours a day replacing the need for emails and phone calls.

Prior to using the App you will need to complete the registration process for your My Family Lounge account. Click here for more information.
