Fit Y’s (Over 55's)
Held in the Group Fitness Studio, Fit Y's is a group training program which allows mature adults to experience a variety of exercise styles & benefits whilst making new friends. Living Longer Living Stronger (LLLS)
COTA's Living Longer Living Stronger is a group program offered at all 3 levels (Tiers 1, 2 and 3) to accommodate all movement capability. Located in our gym or on-site at participating retirement villages, this program focuses on developing muscle strength and general wellbeing using weight machines and equipment. Participants receive an individual assessment, a personalised exercise program devised by a qualified assessor/instructor and optional attendance at organised social events. Low impact class that uses Yoga positions and exercises to increase strength, lower stress, and improve balance and coordination. Yoga has been proven to have a multitude of health benefits for mature adults, including relieving symptoms of Osteoporosis and Arthritis, reducing stress and assisting with depression. Stretch and Shape

Zumba for the Over 55s. This class is on the GF timetable by popular demand. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves. It's so much fun you won't know your exercising! Come and dance!
